Fin is Chef owned and operated by Mike Scarduzio and Maitre d' Kallie Maxim. The couple takes pride in using local ingredients from fish to farm and serving fresh seafood, drinks and more in a two story antique home, as well as an al fresco dining option.
Executive Chef Mike has extensive training under Michelin Starred Chefs in French and Asian cuisine. From working in kitchens his whole life and graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY, Mike then pursued even more training in Boston, Europe and NYC restaurants. After spending every summer on the Cape since he was a small child, it had been a dream of his to end up here and open a seafood restaurant.
Before Fin, Mike and Kallie had traveled to over 25 countries in Europe and Asia for more dish inspirations. In the off season, when Fin is closed during the months of January through March, you will find these two still doing so. As the seasons continue to change so does the menu, keeping dishes fresh and exciting for guests while still preserving Cape Cod and Fin traditions.
